Excellent Service – Baggage taken a few days prior to our cruise and delivered to our cabin. On the return journey we handed them over to a company representative after disembarking at Southampton and advised when they would be delivered back to us. As promised they arrived back home on time as advised – Perfect

Absolutely brilliant service. Didn’t know it was even a thing until someone mentioned it in a post I was reading. They collected our cases 3 days before we were due to sail. On disembarkation the van was sitting right at the exit, they accepted our cases and were delivered to our house the next day! Highly recommend and will be using them in future 👍

First-class service and hassle free. Luggage was picked up right outside the terminal. Will definitely use again, collect and return next time!
