The Baggage Handling Company is here to offer you the complete service

The Baggage Handling Company will provide a highly professional door to door luggage carrying service which includes collection from your home address, delivery to the cruise ship on departure date and then return of your luggage to your door.

We will collect your baggage from your home address on an agreed date approximately 1-5 working days prior to your departure.

We aim for complete satisfaction enabling you to get your holiday off to a great start.

How it works?

Start Your Booking

Step 1.

Check Your Cruise Details

Book or check your cruise information and ensure you know your ship details, your departure/arrival times and dates.

Step 2.

Book With Us

Now that you have your cruise details, you can book your baggage handling service with us. You will need:

Personal details
Collection/drop-off address
Ship name
Date of Departure/Arrival
Cabin Number*

*If you do not yet know your cabin number please enter “TBC” when making your booking

Step 3.

Prepare Your Luggage

Start packing your goods – All luggage should be secured with our secure luggage tags, provided alongside your confirmation letter.

Collection – We will collect your luggage from your chosen address between 1 and 5 days before your cruise is scheduled to depart. A collection date & time window will be sent to you by text and email, 2 weeks prior to collection.
Drop-off – We will collect your luggage on the day of your arrival and it will be delivered to your chosen address within 1 to 5 days.

Each item of luggage should not exceed 23KG.

Step 4.

We’ll Handle Your Luggage

Your luggage will be stored securely until your departure date, whereby it will be safely transported to the ship and delivered to your cabin.

Step 5.

You Hit the Road!

Get ready and head to your cruise without the worry of transporting or dragging around your luggage. It’s all handled for you!

Joining A World Cruise?

If you are joining a later sector of a P&O world cruise, let us collect your luggage and pre-board them as unaccompanied luggage in Southampton, so they are ready and waiting for you when you join the ship overseas.

Please note that you will also be required to book the onboard storage directly with P&O by calling their customer services department.

If you disembark the ship overseas, you can leave luggage onboard to sail back to Southampton whereby we can collect and deliver back home to you. Luggage storage needs to be booked directly onboard the ship, and then simply call us when you are back in the UK to arrange the delivery.
